Build your cargo empire

The CEO system forms the backbone of GTA Online's business infrastructure. With a CEO office and warehouses, you can engage in special cargo missions, vehicle cargo, and VIP work.

Choosing Your Office

CEO offices are purchased through Dynasty 8 Executive. Maze Bank West ($1,000,000) is the best value. Arcadius Business Center ($2,250,000) has an underground garage entrance. Maze Bank Tower ($4,000,000) offers no practical advantage.

Special Cargo — Warehouse Management

Special Cargo involves sourcing crates and selling them for profit. Key strategies:

Buy 3 crates at a time ($18,000) for best profit per crate
Source from your office computer or Terrorbyte
Sell when you have a full warehouse for maximum bonus
Large warehouse (111 crates) sells for $4,440,000

Vehicle Cargo — 32-Car Trick

Fill your warehouse with 32 cars without selling any. Ensure exactly 10 Standard, 10 Mid, and 12 Top range vehicles. After this, the game will ONLY source Top Range vehicles worth $80,000-$100,000 each.

💡 Pro Tip: With cooldowns, you can source and sell one top-range car every 15 minutes. That's $320,000 per hour.

VIP Work

As a CEO, you can run VIP Work: Headhunter ($21,000+), Sightseer ($22,000+), and Hostile Takeover ($18,000+). These have a 5-minute cooldown between missions.

Final Thoughts

Start with Maze Bank West office and a small warehouse. Graduate to vehicle cargo using the 32-car trick. Add the Terrorbyte when you can afford it.
