铺地板踩过的5个大坑（别再犯了）

💭 “这房间大概 3.6m × 4.2m… 四舍五入 15㎡，买刚好这么多就行！”
我只量了一次房间，还没加损耗率。结果：周六傍晚发现差了三盒，建材店已经关门了。一定要多买 10-15% 作为切割损耗和边角余量。用地板计算器就能一秒算清楚到底需要几盒。.

Skipped subfloor prep. The old floor looked flat enough.
Check level (3/16″ max variation over 10 ft), test moisture, use self-leveling compound. $15 now > $500 redo later.
💭 “靠墙铺紧一点不是更美观吗？”
Butted planks tight against every wall. Looked clean for 3 months.
Leave 1/4″ (6mm) gap around all walls, doorways, transitions. Baseboards hide the gap — that's their entire purpose.
A 20-ft oak floor expands over ½″ between winter and summer.
That gap isn't optional — it's physics.
💭 “顺着走廊长边铺…等下，怎么看起来更窄了！”
Ran planks parallel to the long wall. Room looked like a bowling alley.
Run perpendicular to the main window light source, parallel to primary sight line when entering. Rooms feel wider, seams vanish in natural light.
💭 “15㎡…加10%… 16.5… 等等，15%是多少来着…额…”
Mental math at the hardware store. Bought nearly 30% too many boxes.
